In the music world, Monday's are our day of rest.  So today we're enjoying our day on the lake, crazy tan lines and all!

Within the busyness of our lives and fast-paced society, finding time to rest can be difficult.  However, I truly believe that rest, good quality rest, is not only good for us, but it is vital for our overall health and well-being.  I've decided to share with you a glimpse of one of our resting moments each weekend, in hopes that it will help me to be more mindful of that rest and encourage you to do the same.
